Responsible for delivering optimal availability and quality regarding the network routing and switching, IP security, the wide area network services. Participate in daily stand ups and utilize the kanban methodology to triage and resolve incidents and problems within established SLAs. Assist with proactive measures such as network monitoring and maintenance.

The SME role’s responsibilities include coordinating with the Section Manager to evaluate, design, and test architecture designs. The Network Architecture role's responsibilities include strategic planning, designing, developing, testing, and enhancing network capabilities in alignment with NIH objectives. Must obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
