The Network and Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, implement, monitor, and manage our local and wide area networks to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware, and be capable of managing all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, and UPSs for M3USA employees and their subsidiaries. The engineer will possess and maintain expertise in these platforms utilizing that knowledge to inspire and inform customers, coworkers, and strategic partners on innovative solutions to address business requirements.

Research and analyze international telecom channels, including LowLatency connections. Manage procurement and vendor relations for internet and telecom services globally. Work with data center colocation providers across multiple regions, coordinating purchases of server and network hardware worldwide. Configure virtual machines, overlay networks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, AliCloud). Set up VPNs, IPSEC, VPC/VPG/VGW/CGW, and related services.
