Lead the design, development, and execution of Onebrief's performance and scalability testing strategy. Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure the mission-critical platform is reliable, performant, and ready to scale with the rapidly growing user base. Define what “performance quality” means at Onebrief, contributing to frameworks, metrics, and automation that allow Onebrief to understand and improve system performance continuously.
As the Engineering Manager for the Platform Team, the role is the operational owner of the infrastructure layer that enables Onebrief to move quickly and securely. Managing and mentoring a team of Platform Engineers to success includes defining the methodology for how they support software delivery in commercial, government, and classified environments. Working cross-functionally with DevOps, AppSec, and Engineering leadership will be absolutely necessary to ensure tooling is a strategic asset.
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI systems that power mission-critical operations. Architect scalable AI infrastructure, deliver practical AI solutions that solve real operational challenges, and drive technical strategy for our AI-powered products. Redefine distributed human-AI collaboration at scale with the use of multi modal foundation models, multi-agent orchestration and knowledge graph driven reasoning.
As an essential member of our internal operations team, you will provide high-level support for a member of our leadership team including inbox and calendar management, successful coordination of meetings, and contract organization. You will serve as liaison between the executive and other departments within the organization.

We are hiring an Application Security Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Security team, reporting to the Director of Infrastructure. You will be helping identify, triage and fix security issues within the Onebrief application and related platform and deployed infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a security-minded individual familiar with modern cloud-native technologies and software development.
As Onebrief’s Business Operations Data Analyst, you will define and lead the build-out of our company-wide Data Analytics practice, establishing the foundation for how Onebrief govern, analyze, and act on data. Using data to help Onebrief understand and measure customer impact, you’ll develop clear, consistent value metrics that demonstrate how Onebrief deliver outcomes for users, ensuring products and operations maximize mission impact.
