What You’ll Do:
- Own new-command onboarding from Growth handoff to Mission Success transition, defining outcomes and surfacing risks.
- Translate operational processes into workflows and train users in person and remotely.
- Support existing customers through exercises, planning events, and improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience supporting operational planning in Air Force or Space Force headquarters or ops centers.
- Ability to build trust, teach new tools, and communicate with operational and technical stakeholders.
- Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to travel >50% both in CONUS and internationally.
