Open Positions

  • Proactively identify, source, and qualify opportunities from accounting firms’ books of business, client portfolios, and networks.
  • Drive consistent accountant-sourced pipeline through structured outreach, referrals, joint account planning, and clear qualification standards.
  • Act as the connective tissue between accountants and GTM teams, collaborating with Partner Managers, Channel SDRs, and Core Sales.

  • Contribute to the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our core global GTM enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business and content development colleagues to define, develop and deliver enablement programs.
  • Set clear responsibilities and expectations for program stakeholders and provide continuous feedback.

  • Work directly with our go-to-market teams to showcase the value of Deel’s White Label Platform to deliver technical wins.
  • Consult with prospective customers to assess their current payroll practices and identify areas for improvement & optimisation.
  • Act as the technical voice during sales cycles — owning solution discovery, RFP responses, platform demonstrations & integration workshops.

  • Manage Deel’s global IT infrastructure, focusing on high availability, scalability, and security of internal services.
  • Administer and optimize core cloud platforms and identity providers (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta), ensuring secure and seamless access management.
  • Implement and maintain Zero Trust architecture and advanced SAML/SSO integrations across all corporate applications.

  • Drive Deel’s operational strategy across products, services, and market expansions with a focus on scale and efficiency.
  • Own and lead complex operational domains, designing and implementing programs that enhance scalability, automation, and business impact.
  • Define, scope, and execute high-priority initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

SDR, SMB

  • Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts through targeted outreach.
  • Learn from our well-seasoned sales team and help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
  • Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns.

Sales Manager

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of PEO Account Executives to achieve and exceed performance goals
  • Drive revenue growth by ensuring the team consistently meets or surpasses quota targets and maintains a healthy, predictable pipeline
  • Support professional development through regular 1:1s, training, role plays, and strategy sessions that help team members strengthen skills and advance their careers

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting, including email, phone, social channels, events, and campaigns.
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and readiness to engage with sales.
  • Create and execute outreach sequences, including personalized email campaigns and cold-calling to map and penetrate accounts.

  • Be the SME for Paid Search channels for EMEA and be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the SEM campaigns and activity for Deel including Google and Bing.
  • Work with our Director of Performance Marketing, Paid Search Team Lead and other regional Paid Ads Managers and Paid Search managers to ensure our Paid Search efforts are top performing and constantly improving.
  • Perform daily platform management and monitor search performance to identify key trends and implement optimizations to hit Growth KPIs, and cross knowledge sharing to regional paid ads managers.
