As a Backend Engineer, you will lay the foundation for Deel’s future on-chain capabilities, enabling on-chain payroll & settlements using stablecoins and trust-minimized flows, integrating APIs from leading Web3 partners contributing to smart contracts, and designing hybrid Web2 Web3 architectures connecting Deel’s ledger, banking rails, and chain-based flows.

The Giger team builds and maintains Deel’s internal platform, a sandbox system enabling faster development, testing, and deployment. These isolated sandboxes empower teams to experiment freely and validate code safely at scale.

HR Implementation Manager

APAC , EMEA

As an HR Implementation Manager, lead HR implementations, including data migration, across Deel’s suite of HR products (HRIS, Engage, ATS, Workforce Planning, and Compensation). Oversee the full implementation process, ensuring clients’ HR data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through the setup and migration phases, while offering ongoing support and training. This role must be based in the APAC region and will support clients across both APAC and EMEA markets.
