Collaborate! Our teams work together to develop robust new features, API’s, continuously improve our industry-leading products and find and fix any bugs at speed.
Collaborates with Product Specialists to understand country-specific payroll compliance requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Educate Product team on legislation, ensure the correct implementation of technical specifications by the Development team through testing.
Develop and maintain legislative specifications for reports and integrations and ensure new in-country requirements are addressed in product for compliance.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools/process including optimizing configurations/policies, developing custom threat detection rules, and proactively improving Deel’s overall security posture for remote endpoints.
Configure, manage, and tune the full suite of security policies within SWG, CASB and ZTNA. Assist our remote colleague with seamless experience through troubleshooting end user issues as needed.
Continuously improve SaaS security posture with SSPM tools and processes around it. Collaborate with diverse application owners, understand security control and resolve configuration drifts for our wide range of SaaS applications from baseline.
Analyze, design, and implement automation-first strategies for core AR, Billing, Credit Control, and cash allocation workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process turnaround times, reconciliation accuracy, dispute resolution, and cash flow forecasting.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business Intelligence (BI) teams to define requirements, test, and implement robust financial tooling and systems that support global scale and complex financial environments.
Ensuring and maintaining compliance and HR operations in their assigned country in accordance with relevant employment laws and regulations and operational rules and RACI.
Managing leave requests and processing administrative tasks for Employee of Records (EORs), such as applications, HR letters, and enrollments.
Auditing, maintaining, and updating internal and external HR-related knowledge in collaboration with stakeholders.
