  • Collaborate in a Cross-Functional Team: Work closely with Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA professionals to create seamless experiences.
  • Participate in Product Planning: From discovery to deployment, we value your input throughout all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Develop and Enhance Features: Collaborate to develop robust new features, APIs, and continuously improve our industry-leading products.

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting, including email, phone, social channels, events, and campaigns.
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and readiness to engage with sales.
  • Create and execute outreach sequences, including personalized email campaigns and cold-calling to map and penetrate accounts.

  • Being our in house HR expert for the assigned region, and handling all complex people related matters as they may relate to the EOR employee lifecycle at Deel
  • Owning and driving EOR employee lifecycle: onboarding/off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, benefits
  • Providing a high-level of support to our EOR employees, being the first point of contact for any HR related queries

  • Reporting to the COO, busting problems in daily operations and special projects
  • Executing on Deel's global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets
  • End-to-end project management of top business priorities including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving rapid cross-functional implementation

  • Negotiate and manage benefits plans, partnering with third-party providers and insurers to renew existing benefits and secure new agreements for clients.
  • Build and expand a network of local brokers to ensure regional expertise and compliance, tailoring benefits to country-specific regulations.
  • Customize and launch benefits packages globally, designing and implementing custom benefits plans that align with client needs and budget.
