As a Manager, Sales Development, you'll develop, train and hire highly driven and enthusiastic team members. The Sales Development team is the first interaction with prospective Deel customers and is key to the success of Deel. You'll be responsible for a team of Deel IT SDRs overseeing all Segments (SMB, MM, ENT) and global regions (NAM, LATAM).

Oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients, leading and managing the full payroll implementation process. Ensure clients’ data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through setup and migration, while offering support and training.

The Payroll Product Solution Designer interacts with stakeholders to understand payroll compliance requirements, translating them into technical specifications to ensure the PaySpace system is legislatively compliant. This role involves pre-testing specifications after development, upskilling internal stakeholders, anticipating future system needs through research, and identifying compliance vulnerabilities.

As the Principal Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will own full-funnel campaign strategy and pipeline performance across Deel’s priority product lines and GTM motions. You will partner closely with Product Marketing to translate messaging and audience insights into integrated demand strategies setting funnel targets and drive cross-functional execution. You will own pipeline KPIs, set quarterly campaign strategy, guide integrated execution, and deliver executive-level insights on campaign ROI.

As a Software Engineer, you'll collaborate in a cross-functional team to develop and enhance features, participate in product planning, and provide an exceptional, customer-centric experience. You'll need expertise in backend development, database mastery, and API development.

The EU Chief Compliance Officer will report to the global deputy Chief Compliance Officer, based in Belgium within Deel's EU payment institution, while also playing a critical part in the wider global compliance function. This key role provides senior management with independent day-to-day compliance and AML advice to meet current and upcoming regulatory requirements and will need to articulate and deliver a robust compliance plan for the organisation.

Play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within the Enterprise level of our target customer segments (2000+ employees). Collaborate with the wider sales team, conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualify these leads by learning about their approach to onboarding.

As the face and voice of Deel, you'll build genuine customer relationships and convert them into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will provide strategic guidance to clients on operational and product issues and champion new products to expand each client’s business.
