Job Description

This Regional Manager role has strategic responsibilities for managing mobility operations within the NAM region. Typically, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-12 years of immigration experience, with significant experience in establishing the immigration process in 2 countries or more. Responsibilities include overseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment, providing detailed and accurate reporting to the Associate Director on regional performance, workforce management, and capacity planning. Additional responsibilities are monitoring and ensuring the achievement of regional goals and OKRs, overseeing the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including the negotiation of job offers, conducting regular performance review and providing feedback to Team Leaders. This position also requires addressing and resolving complex escalated employee and client complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and consistent solutions, and assisting with compliance and risk management activities related to day to day operations.
