Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our operational workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance in processing tasks. You will analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive operational excellence. Your work will directly support Deel’s mission to simplify global hiring and payments, making it easier for businesses to hire and manage talent worldwide. Responsibilities include helping mid-sized customers quickly onboard to the Deel platform, serving as their primary point of contact and support during the set up phase, and being an expert user of the Deel platform to train customers and provide credible support on features and functionality. The candidate will solve customer problems, and execute operations as required during the onboarding stage and will partner with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to deliver the best customer experience, suggesting ideas for optimizing customer onboarding workflows through process improvements and product automation.
