Senior Partnership Manager

At Deel, the Senior Partnership Manager position is more than just a sales role — it’s a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make a direct impact. We're seeking high-performing, strategic partner leaders who can manage a larger portfolio of partners, working cross-functionally within our sales team, while serving as trusted partners to insurance broker partners. You will build lasting relationships through in-person engagements such as partner dinners, lunches, sporting events, and other networking opportunities. Responsibilities include building and managing relationships with insurance brokers, guiding clients through strategic decisions, meeting quota, becoming a Deel product expert, staying informed about the competitive landscape, and collaborating cross-functionally.
