Job Description
As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our business processes and ensuring seamless operations across various departments. You will analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that align with Deel’s mission of simplifying global hiring and payments. Reporting up to the Associate Director of Expansion Operations, your leadership will be crucial in enhancing productivity and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
Responsibilities include executing Deel's global expansion strategy across operations and products, end-to-end project management, creating data-driven recommendations, problem-solving, process design, working with product and development teams, and supporting strategic goal setting and performance management. You will also be creating and maintaining existing processes, workflows, and organizational tools.
