Work closely with the Director of Field Marketing and ABM in ensuring proper execution of all campaigns to maximize brand awareness and ROI. Be a key player in supporting PolyAIβs marketing activities and field events with a focus on event coordination, campaign execution, logistics management, and account strategy.
Manage the end-to-end logistics of our events and sponsored conferences. This role ensures every event runs smoothly, stays on budget, and delivers a professional experience for attendees and partners alike. Youβll be the go-to person for coordinating venues or virtual platforms, managing vendors, overseeing registration, and implementing high-quality attendee experiences.
Manage all aspects of trade show planning and execution, including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event goals are met and aligned with overall marketing strategy. Oversee the creation of event materials, including signage, presentations, promotional items, and digital content. Analyze event performance and ROI, providing post-event reports.
Own events planning and delivery process for both owned and sponsored events across the globe. Be the lead marketeer responsible for organizing CARTO-hosted events, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to make these events successful. Identify priority events for us to participate in, enabling us to generate leads and raise brand awareness in key markets.
