Own events planning and delivery process for both owned and sponsored events across the globe. Be the lead marketeer responsible for organizing CARTO-hosted events, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to make these events successful. Identify priority events for us to participate in, enabling us to generate leads and raise brand awareness in key markets.
This position will be based in Spain and will be responsible for campaign strategy & execution across multiple channels. You will own end-to-end demand generation campaigns, develop and execute customer lifecycle marketing programs, and continuously optimize cadences for event follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
Develop new business leads and enhance existing relationships with strategic accounts, using outbound tactics to identify and open new opportunities. Use our sales toolbox to drive opportunity creation. Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects and generate conversations.
In this role, you will own our CS platform, Vitally, ensuring optimal setup and integration with our CRM, Salesforce and other supporting tools within the Customer Success organization. You will be a primary owner of the relationship with our VP of Customer Success based in New York in addition to engaging with stakeholders and teams throughout the organization to achieve initiatives.
