As the Associate, Operational Controls, you will support the development, implementation and oversight of the operational control framework, including meeting SOX, MAR, and SOC requirements. You will document operational processes, assess control effectiveness, develop corrective action plans, and recommend improvements within Operations, reporting to the Senior Manager, Operational Controls.

In this role, you will own our CS platform, Vitally, ensuring optimal setup and integration with our CRM, Salesforce and other supporting tools within the Customer Success organization. You will be a primary owner of the relationship with our VP of Customer Success based in New York in addition to engaging with stakeholders and teams throughout the organization to achieve initiatives.

Ethos is looking for an ambitious self-starter for a dynamic role that spans Strategy, Ops, and Finance to play a major role in growing, managing, and scaling our fast-expanding Ethos Leads business. You will use a combination of analytical, operational, and technical skills to evaluate key business problems while considering multiple different stakeholders across the company.
