You will report to the VP Financial Control and Enterprise Risk and will be responsible for optimising the efficiency of Finance operations and ensuring the ongoing effectiveness of controls. The role will deliver our Finance transformation objectives. The majority of your time will be allocated to mapping, re-designing and documenting processes and controls.

As Senior Project Manager on the Controllership Business Operations team, you will define and lead strategic initiatives across the Controllership organization and play a critical role in achieving Twilio's company goals. You will lead multiple high-visibility, high-impact projects from ideation and strategy through planning, execution and go-live. The Controllership Business Operations team is responsible for creating and maintaining operational rigor.
