Job Description

Customer service consulting, establishing the standard Change Management process for the customer to be service-ready and business enabling. Support the ITSM tool solution for the Request and Change processes. Support automation solutions for the implementation of customer requests by creating Change templates in the tool. Accompany established automation solutions and support any necessary adjustments in the templates/process. Consulting with customer/automation stakeholders to find the best solutions for different use cases. Supports the overall onboarding procedure for the customer while constantly monitoring and tracking the progress and quality of the established process. Initiates improvement measures for the involved processes.
