The Portfolio Associate Intern supports the creation and enhancement of a portfolio of Impact Accelerators. You will work closely with portfolio managers and product experts to gain insights. Execute the enhancement and maintenance process of Accelerator content based on customer feedback.

• Act as a mentor, content-provider and business advisor for client members.
• Manage a portfolio of 25-30 clients, typically Infrastructure & Operations leaders reporting to CIOs, from global Fortune 500 organizations.
• Coach and mentor clients on critical initiatives and obstacles for today and tomorrow specifically within the I&O space.

Act as a liaison between operations, technology, and the Internal Efficiency Automation team. This role combines process intelligence and emerging technology fluency to accelerate automation and AI adoption across Experian Employer Services, Verification Solutions and Housing (EVH). Independently evaluate opportunities, lead discovery, and prioritization processes, and ensure that automation and AI projects deliver measurable outcomes.
