About the Role:
- This is an early hire role on the Medical Economics team, working closely with the VP to scale cost-of-care analytics.
- The role starts as a hands-on individual contributor with room to grow as the team scales.
What You'll Do:
- Own total cost-of-care analytics across all payer contracts, including PMPM, utilization, and service grouper categories.
- Develop shared savings calculations, baseline/trend construction, and member mix adjustments.
- Build and own internal and external reporting stack, collaborating with Product and Engineering.
Additional Information:
- The expected compensation is $150,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
- This role is fully remote but operates on Central or Eastern time business hours.
