Director Analytics & Reporting

About Chamber:

• Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in America. Chamber is rebuilding the system for cardiology through technology, data, and operational tools.
• We partner with independent cardiologists to lead population health efforts, blending clinical expertise with a modern operating platform.

Role Overview:

• Reporting to the CTO, you will build and own the central analytics function, managing reporting for value-based contracts and clinical programs.
• This is a hands-on player-coach role: you will write SQL, build models, and establish metric definitions, infrastructure, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own metric definitions, semantic layer, and standard reporting packages for executive and board-level reporting.
• Track contract performance, build clinical analytics surface, and enforce data quality standards.
• Make business units self-sufficient through documentation and standards.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in healthcare analytics, including ownership of analytics function. Direct experience with value-based care mechanics.
• Experience building metric definitions across multiple surfaces, executive reporting, and payer partner reporting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Remote, aligned with Eastern Time.
