Seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to analyze medical and pharmacy claims data to support negotiations, strategies, and sales initiatives. You'll have a deep understanding of payer systems, Medicare reimbursement structures, fee schedules, and healthcare financial models. Build reports, evaluate financial impact, and ensure data integrity.

As a BI Analyst, you'll develop datasets, data visualizations, and analyses as a subject matter expert and work closely with other BI team members. You will translate findings into interactive dashboards, reports and powerpoints and be directly responsible for the design and implementation of data warehouse tables or views to support analysis and reporting.

The Lead Data Analyst will join the analytics team to create high value analytics for Arcadia’s innovative customers. You will lead the intake process and execution of complex analytics requests, build new tables and functionality and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders in a collaborative environment. You will serve as subject matter expert and contribute to process improvement, enhance data usability and identify opportunities to enhance Arcadia’s product.

The Sr. Research Scientist will guide intervention strategy and development, evaluate the impact of Aledade’s population health interventions, and use innovative methods to answer pressing business questions. They will design and conduct analyses that leverage rich data sources including national Medicare claims, other payer claims, electronic health records, event notification, and patient-reported data. They will work across teams to understand key performance and policy questions facing the business and bring data to inform strategic and tactical decision making.
