Key Responsibilities:
- Own the machine learning strategy and execution, collaborating with clinical, operations, and tech teams.

- Build predictive models to identify high-risk patients and utilize AI/LLMs for patient and provider engagement.

About You:
- Minimum 8 years in healthcare analytics, with 3+ years leading data science teams.
- Advanced SQL and Python skills, experience with BI dashboards, and comfort in a startup environment.
- Preferred experience at a health plan or with Medicare Advantage populations.
