Job Summary:
- Accountable for clinical, financial, and operational strategy for Population Health.
- Drive data capture and analysis strategy from multiple internal and external sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to adopt best practices and provide analytic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Performance Insights team including staff development.
- Synthesize data to build evidence driving clinical, financial, and operational strategy.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Population Health initiatives with data analyses and dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Eight years experience in large healthcare organizations with five years in managed care.
- Five years strategic leadership in population health analytics or healthcare economics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare or related field.
- Strong skills in PowerBI, SQL, Excel, and data science tools.

- Remote position with equipment provided including laptop and dual monitors.
