About the Role:
- You own four things: driver metrics, processes, tooling, and roadmap for a key population health driver (Part A, Part B, Part D, Revenue).
- You embed with clinical and operational teams to document workflows, identify breakdowns, and design improvements.
- You build functional first versions of tools and partner with engineering for durable solutions.
What Success Looks Like:
- Your driver metrics improve against targets, and you can explain why.
- Your area's performance is visible in production reporting and trusted by users.
- Initiatives you committed to ship and get used, and improvements hold as new clinics open.
About You:
- 4 to 8 years of experience, ideally in value-based care or multi-site provider organization.
- Depth in product/engineering (you build tools) or market operations/BizOps (you design workflows with clinical leaders).
- Comfort with SQL, data analysis, and owning ambiguous work.
