Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Press Ganey and client data assets to consult with healthcare stakeholders on complex improvement initiatives.
- Partner with health plans and medical groups to perform data analysis, interpretation, and process design.
- Manage defined engagement scope including timelines, deliverables, budget, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of healthcare experience management (Patient, Member, or Brand Experience).
- Strong data analytic skills (Excel, Access, SQL, SAS) and MS Office proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in business, health policy, finance, or clinical discipline.
What We Offer:
- Base salary range of $130,000 to $175,000 plus discretionary bonus.
