Develop and maintain risk-adjusted provider group performance models using CMS-HCC methodology.
Analyze VBC performance under CMS and CMMI total cost-of-care models.

Data Management & Analytics:

Process and analyze large healthcare datasets from EHR and Medicare claims.
Ensure data quality and integrity across analytical processes.

Business Intelligence & Reporting:

Create fit-for-purpose reports translating complex findings into actionable insights.
Develop executive dashboards and present recommendations to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in quantitative field and 3-5 years of data analytics experience.
Proven experience with CMS-HCC models, CCLF and BCDA datasets, and advanced Excel/SQL skills.
