How you will make an impact:
- Analyze medical and pharmacy claims data to identify trends and cost drivers.
- Support provider contracting and payer teams with data on reimbursement models.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
What we are looking for:
- 0-2 years of experience in healthcare claims analysis or related field.
- Basic familiarity with Medicare and commercial payer reimbursement concepts.
- Working knowledge of SQL; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
