Business Analyst II

What You’ll Do:

• Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and technical requirements.
• Support data profiling, quality monitoring, and data lineage for end-to-end reliability.
• Maintain operational documentation and client reference materials.

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in data engineering or analytics.
• 2+ years working with healthcare data (e.g., claims, EMR, HEOR, SDOH).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in Agile Scrum environments.
