Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams and end users to develop requirements, perform solution design, and test hypotheses.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2+ years of analytics or product management experience.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude in data and analytics.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and project management tools like JIRA.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in writing specifications and user stories.
- Experience with user research, workflow evaluation, and wireframing.
- Knowledge of healthcare alternative payment models and analytics platforms like Tableau or Snowflake.
