Lead product initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, end users, designers, and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs.
Facilitate story mapping and backlog refinement activities to translate product requirements into actionable development work.

Product Discovery & Strategy:

Partner with Product Leadership to define and refine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Research teams to conduct discovery activities that uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
Conduct user interviews, field observations, and stakeholder engagement sessions to gain a deep understanding of customer challenges and workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements:

4+ years of product management experience in an Agile environment, with a focus on digital products.
Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for driving outcomes.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
