About the role:
- You will own the program's analytics pipeline, from intake of claims and eligibility files to billing-grade reconciliation.
- You will lead care-gap identification and closure measurement, ensuring outputs survive client audit.
- You will deliver practice-level performance analysis and build funnel instrumentation to track value leakage.
Requirements:
- Deep hands-on fluency with healthcare claims data structures and Medicare Advantage reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to build and run analysis independently using SQL, Excel, and pivot tables.
- Rigor about correctness and hypothesis-driven thinking, with a track record of building and failing.
