Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and define statistical analyses to identify cost, utilization, and performance drivers across populations, markets, and payer arrangements.
  • Partner with data, actuarial, and analytics teams to validate healthcare claims data structures and ensure accurate downstream reporting.
  • Apply economic insights to strengthen impact modeling and quantify financial and operational implications of clinical initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, or related field; 8+ years in healthcare analytics or medical economics.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare claims data, medical coding, and reimbursement concepts.
  • Strong SQL skills required; experience with Python or R preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range: $135,000 to $150,000, plus eligibility for annual bonus.
