Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements to inform business and evidence strategy, managing multiple projects and deliverables.
- Execute quantitative research and claims analysis using SAS/R, including protocol development and presentations.
- Drive business development and cultivate new client relationships while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate degree in health-related discipline or equivalent experience; 10+ years in healthcare consultancy or related.
- Proven track record in HEOR, real-world evidence generation, and translating complex research into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate teams and maintain positive client relationships.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $195,000-$225,000 per year, negotiable based on experience.
