Product Strategy Lead

Primary Duties:

• Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date on market changes and communicate critical changes to the broader strategy team.
• Fact Finding: Use data to generate hypotheses and validate assumptions about problems to solve across product verticals.
• Product Strategy Operations: Support creation of slideware and artifacts for executive level and leadership communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years experience in strategy consulting, internal strategy, or graduate education required.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with ability to build relationships across all levels.
• Highly efficient in managing multiple concurrent diverse tasks and projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Master’s degree in business, health administration, or public policy preferred.
• Experience in digital health and/or value-based care is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of using data to support business strategy and align senior-level stakeholders.
