Seeking a results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of a single-tenant SaaS platform for enterprise customers. Define the roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and performant. Drive adoption, shape pricing and packaging, and deliver measurable business outcomes, engaging with highly regulated enterprise clients to deliver a reliable and valuable service.

• Responsible for growing Kraken’s OIR program by owning the product's success, leading product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Own the overall strategy, long-term vision, and roadmap for the Opt-In Rewards (OIR) product portfolio, driving client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage projections of sources & uses for OIR products with Treasury to ensure maximum capital efficiency.

• Define and execute market research strategies to inform platform direction.
• Build and maintain platform product roadmaps aligned to Clario’s strategic priorities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through retirement, ensuring alignment with quality, regulatory, and data governance standards.

• Lead integration of design, strategy, and research principles into product development.
• Manage product portfolio, prioritizing projects, and allocating resources efficiently.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Will focus on anticipating and shaping upcoming developments in the region’s payments landscape. Act as the primary bridge between customer needs and our engineering team. Collaborate closely with other Product Managers responsible for specific product lines to align roadmaps.

Own product lines for your market, including vision, strategy, value proposition, and roadmap planning. Drive continuous discovery to identify opportunities to improve, expand, or launch new product lines. Lead market launches and product updates, ensuring adoption, engagement, and satisfaction targets are met.

• Define, design, and launch new personalized experiences.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, and Data Science to craft cohesive experiences.
• Establish product vision, write requirements, develop hypotheses, and set success metrics.

• Lead the strategy of the Data & AI platform to revolutionize healthcare through technology.
• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives and foster relationships with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Guide the development of scalable data environments and AI/ML solutions to enhance the platform's data environment.

• Advance Nava’s fluency in commercial technologies, including AI, data, and SaaS platform integration.
• Partner with portfolio directors and program managers to ensure smooth delivery and effective staffing across a set of contracts.
• Manage and mentor 5–8 direct reports, overseeing reporting lines for 20–30 product managers across multiple contracts and portfolios.
