This Manager role lives within the customer engagement arm of Granicus Implementation Services and is a key member of the Implementation Services team to manage Implementation Teams and Projects. You’ll be an expert on managing Implementation Teams and Projects, leading people and working cross-functionally with stakeholders.

Oversee the Product, Systems, & Insights team, driving the vision and strategy for key development projects. Support product managers in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to ensure product features and system enhancements meet business goals and customer needs. A remote-based role within select states in the United States, requiring travel to our NY office HQ up to six times per year.
