As a Product Manager at Energy Solutions, you will serve as a product development and management expert for practice areas including Distributed Energy Resources, Energy Efficiency, Decarbonization, and Energy Codes & Standards. You will lead the product development of new products and service offerings, and drive the update and refinement of existing products.

Coordinate with clients and the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) to secure application approvals. Review plans to ensure compliance with NYC building codes and zoning laws. Research and retrieve records from NYC City agencies. Manage and oversee all alteration projects. Collaborate across teams to achieve project goals and provide assistance as needed.

We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager ("Program Manager") who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the Lifestage Benefits Crew initiative. This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and an in-depth understanding of digital modernization, human-centered design, and federal service delivery. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for aligning project goals with VA’s mission, driving performance.

Plan and execute the roll out of critical business systems initiatives and processes, from ideation to implementation to hand off to business owners. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define clear requirements, help drive selection of right-sized solutions and build and manage the rollout of the systems to the appropriate BlackSky users. Coordinate and execute delivery of programs and drive continuous improvement projects.
