• The Product Operations Manager acts as the connective hub for the Product organization, ensuring clarity and operational excellence. This role maintains the product source of truth and streamlines communication. Key responsibilities include:

As an Intern in the Customer Health Assurance (CHA) Team, you’ll work at the intersection of customer health, operations, and data analysis, helping drive ServiceNow’s mission to ensure customer value realisation and long-term retention. You’ll support the EMEA Customer Health Geo Lead and regional Major Area Leaders with operational, analytical, and project management activities that keep the business running smoothly.

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany. The role involves definition and review of the Application Management strategy, design of new services/ service components/ tools, and innovation lead for the application management area. It also entails maintenance and further development of templates, support with pre-sales activities, and partial/project management of customer or internal projects.
