The Project Manager oversees and drives the successful execution of both IT and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role manages projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This individual will also facilitate Steering Committee meetings, lead specialized project meetings, and present project updates to executive leadership.

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution and delivery of cross-functional projects by coordinating activities between multiple teams, tracking progress, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders; combining organizational strength, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of technical concepts to help projects run efficiently.

As the Project Manager, you will play a critical role in executing and implementing high impact software solutions, driving the planning, coordination and execution of the day-to-day activities with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization, acting as a delivery expert. The PM will manage a team to oversee the success of the client implementation, providing task assignments, work direction and guidance to the project team to achieve quality results.

This is a home based role depending on location. We are looking for an experienced technology-oriented Project Manager who will be responsible for the day today delivery, management and reporting of customer focused cloud application migration projects and internal Cyber Service & Technology roadmap projects including leading on Business Change and solution adoption. You'll successfully manage multiple projects across a diverse client base and support pre-sales activities.

The Project Manager will help manage the Process and Analytical Development project portfolio, including tracking of timelines, contracts, and deliverables. This position requires an outgoing, driven, and resourceful project manager who is comfortable working cross-functionally, working with the Senior Vice President to ensure that comprehensive project plans are in-place for all critical projects and that planning is optimally executed.

As a Project Manager, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible, using experience from digital agencies, software factories or IT companies; responsible for Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Manage overall coordination of enterprise projects, from planning through to implementation. Setting project scope, priorities, deadlines, and deliverable schedules. Facilitating discussion and consensus among various project stakeholders such as account managers, business analysts, developers, and customers. Managing and monitoring project budget and expenditures.

As a Project Manager (with scheduling expertise) you will develop and maintain integrated master schedules for complex and multi-disciplinary projects. You will collaborate with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to establish realistic deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, proactively identifying risks, delays, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
