Supports the administration of the California CORE Project by ensuring compliance with CARB’s grant agreement, optimizing voucher processing workflows, and enhancing stakeholder education and engagement; streamlines data management, reporting, and project operations using tools like Salesforce and JIRA, driving the adoption of zero-emission off-road equipment in California.

Guide Change teams within Tandem’s Digital Organisation to deliver digital products, identify issues, remove blockers, and work at all levels of detail. Focus will be on delivering change initiatives and products, defining roadmaps, managing product features, creating a high-performing environment, and ensuring quality.

The Project Manager is responsible for communication of status, reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and, in general, ensuring the project is delivered on budget, on schedule, and within scope. This role will work with on our Enterprise Data Warehouse project to centralize our data distribution.
