The NWN Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for managing all IT based business solutions projects sold to small and medium accounts in the Enterprise, Commercial, State and Local, and K-12 verticals, driving project and portfolio success and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

This Manager role lives within the customer engagement arm of Granicus Implementation Services and is a key member of the Implementation Services team to manage Implementation Teams and Projects. You’ll be an expert on managing Implementation Teams and Projects, leading people and working cross-functionally with stakeholders.
