About the Role:
- Primary interface between company and key, strategic customers during service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver services seamlessly.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver value to the organization and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and the customer to deliver high-quality services on schedule and within budget.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in technical project management, construction or service delivery, preferably in the data center, telecom, IT services, or infrastructure sectors
- Strong understanding of data center services, infrastructure, and delivery processes.
- Experience in project management tools preferred (e.g., MS Project or similar)
