The Senior Manager of Corporate Development will assist in Cologix’s strategic growth initiatives by leading the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic investments including acquisitions, partnerships, and organic investments. The role requires a strong background in corporate development, strategic planning, and financial analysis and will report to the VP of Corporate Development, working closely with the executive team.

The Billing Analyst II serves as a critical liaison between sales, operations, and customers, ensuring seamless revenue cycle management for Cologix's clients. This role combines technical billing expertise with exceptional customer relationship management to drive accurate order processing, timely revenue recognition, and optimal payment outcomes. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can navigate complex commercial terms, manage custom billing requirements, and resolve disputes while maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships.

Responsible for overseeing all construction operations in our Columbus region and will lead and manage construction teams whether supporting development work, supply chain management, project accounting, or for the direct execution of construction projects. Demands strategic planning skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

This role is primarily responsible for leading and managing the engineering efforts to support the Design and Construction Team in delivering innovative, high-quality, and efficient data center projects. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of all projects in design, ensuring alignment with company standards, client expectations, and industry best practices.

As a NetSuite Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role on our Corporate Software Development team, ensuring the quality of our products and services. Working within our agile development environment, you will be responsible for validating that all solutions developed by the NetSuite engineering team meet established performance and quality standards.
