Play a pivotal role in the execution of our corporate development strategy to support the company's growth objectives.
Manage the end-to-end deal process, including due diligence, valuation, structuring, and integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, product, development, construction and operations, to ensure seamless execution of corporate development initiatives.
Lead and manage low voltage projects for data centers from design to construction completion, ensuring alignment with project milestones, budgets, and operational standards.
Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the Design and Construction Team, clients, and other stakeholders, incorporating innovative solutions to meet evolving data center requirements.
Supervise field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring proper installation practices, adherence to documents and codes, and high-quality outcomes.
