This position ensures that major corporate IT initiatives are organized, structured, defined and delivered within specified time frames. You will assist with departmental collaboration and communication, interfacing with multiple departments and translating business requirements into technical specifications for development resources for any system or functional delivery. This role involves organization, tracking, and reporting defined project measurements and analyzing delivery and process metrics.
The RVP Sales leads a defined sales territory effort to meet the Enterprise sales goals including revenue, hiring, and managed growth from the sales team. This position also develops new sales strategies and teaches the sales team to implement. The RVP Sales is responsible for the corporate sales team within NiCE CXone and will manage the Enterprise sales team to specific performance targets, exceeding quotas, and delivering appropriate quantities of new deals.
The primary objective of a NiCE Public Safety Account Executive is to successfully win new business by positioning NiCE and its solution portfolio with prospects and partners within the Public Safety sector. This position covers Florida and the Carolinas. This person will work with various functions within the company and various premier partners outside of our organization.
The Technical Account Management (TAM) team takes ownership of the customer relationship and becomes their advocate within NICE CX after key NICE CX customers have purchased and are implementing our products. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) engages with the customer before they go live on the contact center platform and works closely with the customer from that point forward to ensure their success.
