Align is seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. Cloud Operations Engineer to join our expanding Managed Services team. This role involves managing and supporting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and distributed systems, with a primary focus on Office 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure. As a Sr. Cloud Operations Engineer, you’ll collaborate with our IT Service Desk to resolve complex technical issues, contribute to client onboarding processes, and deliver white-glove VIP support.

Design, implement, and maintain automated infrastructure and pipelines for our cybersecurity solutions Provide support to IT/DevOps teams and monitor infrastructure to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer facing documentation is kept up to date Provide technical training to Customer Support operation teams
