Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

Role Overview:

• Ensure security, reliability, availability, and performance of NICE's cloud and datacenter infrastructure.
• Work across Windows, Linux, AWS, VMware, and physical compute environments to support business-critical production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, monitor, and support a production infrastructure environment, including AWS administration and DNS/FTP/IIS management.
• Analyze operational metrics, resolve incidents, and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Support physical data center tasks like cabling and racking, with some travel required.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in large production infrastructure and Windows Server Administration.
• Experience managing and hardening Linux servers in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory, DNS, and change management.
