The role involves comprehensive customer support in Germany, cross-selling, acquiring new customers with Marketing, product-presentations to customers (on site), preparing customer-specific offers and presales documents, contract and price negotiations, sales campaigns on LinkedIn, and being the contact person for customers at trade fairs.
