Senior Sales Manager (m/w/d) - Wasserstoff

As the main contact person, you are responsible for the holistic support and strategic further development of our existing customers from municipalities, industry, trade and mobility. You also ensure the purchase of additional hydrogen in order to make the topic of H2 a success. You will identify new potential, develop solutions and ensure a smooth process in day-to-day business. You coordinate and optimize the entire hydrogen logistics by trailer - from planning and scheduling to coordination with dispatching and technology. In doing so, you develop processes and set standards. In your responsibility also lies the offer and pricing - especially for complex individual projects. You not only calculate, but also actively contribute your sound market and product knowledge to the further development of our pricing strategy. You drive the acquisition of new customers in strategic target regions - with a focus on synergies in existing logistics structures and project contexts. In doing so, you work closely with the areas of offtake, technology and project development. You manage cross-functional interface processes (e.g. CRM, data and KPI management) and are responsible for the implementation of standards and reporting structures for effective customer and project support. You proactively develop contracts, complaints and internal processes. You are involved in standardization, digitization and continuous process improvement and actively drive the increase in efficiency in the operative business.
