Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update structured, top-down Integrated Project Schedules.
- Build and maintain a robust, IPS that merges inputs from the System Integrator.
- Map and manage complex interdependencies across a deployment wave.
Critical Path & Variance Analysis:
- Conduct weekly performance analysis to identify the Critical Path.
- Perform variance analysis to detect schedule slips early.
- Provide proactive "get-well" plans.
Risk Mitigation:
- Act as the primary point of contact for schedule status.
- Identify schedule-related risks and issues.
- Escalate them to Government leadership with recommended corrective actions.
