Program Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Own the operational setup and ongoing optimization of Asana across Skaled engagements.
• Maintain standardized project templates, task structures, milestone frameworks, and dashboards.
• Partner with Practice Leaders and Operations to improve delivery templates, workflows, and governance over time.

Build and Maintain Client Roadmaps:

• Gather initial roadmap inputs from the Engagement Lead or Lead Consultant and translate them into a detailed execution plan.
• Build clear roadmaps with owners, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Keep roadmaps current and structured consistently across all client work.

Drive Execution and Surface Risk Early:

• Run the internal weekly production meetings for each client engagement.
• Drive agendas, track action items, and ensure teams leave with clear next steps and owners.
• Escalate issues proactively when they threaten delivery quality, client outcomes, margin, or team efficiency.

Monitor Pacing, Scope, and Engagement Health:

• Track progress against roadmap, timeline, and key milestones across active engagements.
• Monitor for off-roadmap asks and flag requests that may create scope creep or reduce profitability.
• Partner with Consulting Operations and Practice Leaders to maintain visibility into delivery health and pacing.
