Project Management & Operational Excellence:

• Managing and structuring team workload effectively.

• Creating standardized processes for project intake, prioritization, and delivery management.

Risk Management & Delivery Assurance:

• Proactively following up with team members to identify dependencies and surface potential delivery risks.
• Implementing early warning systems and mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintaining regular communication cadence with all stakeholders to track progress and resolve blockers.

Stakeholder Management & Requirements Analysis:

• Receiving and evaluating requests from stakeholders, challenging business assumptions before adding items to the backlog.
• Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure clear requirements and realistic expectations.
• Facilitating effective communication and managing expectations across all organizational levels.
