- Plan, organize, and track project milestones across product, tech, business, and operational teams.

- Achieve mandatory Medical Device Regulation certification to maintain European market access.

- Continuously assess and improve compliance processes to align with the dynamic needs of the increasingly regulated digital healthcare industry.
- Map the customer journey and identify where AI can have the highest impact.
- Build and test workflows using low-code/no-code tools, integrating LLMs to automate tasks.
- Reduce manual ticket volume and transform support interactions into revenue opportunities.
- Lead and represent ~10 direct reports in total, organized in smaller multi-disciplinary teams.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching inside the team, through regular feedback and performance assessments.
- Work closely with technical leaders to develop an effective technical strategy.
