Associate Product Manager

• Take ownership of small projects (bugs, support flows, experiments) and drive them to completion.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Finance and external payment partners.
• Maintain clear documentation for new features, support flows and processes, and use data to track performance, spot issues and propose improvements.

Global Pricing Specialist

• Analyze the pricing policy of our products in all countries and suggest updates.
• Maintain company price lists in our internal systems.
• Maximize revenue metrics (LTV, MRR, CAC, etc).

Global Web Analyst

• Analyze website performance, focusing on conversion rates and user engagement.
• Interpret data from website tracking tools like Google Analytics and Hubspot.
• Collaborate with the content team to provide data-driven insights.

Head of Marketing Spain

You will be joining our Marketing team to build a strong inbound marketing revenue stream, lead a high-performing team, define marketing strategy and collaborate closely with Sales and CS teams to further scale our business in Spain. You will lead the Spanish marketing team, ensuring a scalable and best practice Marketing function suited for current needs and further business growth.

Legal Tech & Operations Manager

As a Legal Tech & Operations Manager at Docplanner, you'll improve the way in which the Legal & Risk & Compliance function operates across the group. Combining traditional legal operations with technical coordination, you will collaborate with the Legal Tech Team to embed privacy and compliance in our product development lifecycle. Main tasks may include improving internal processes, adopting legal tech, managing cross-functional projects, identifying risks and opportunities, managing data protection initiatives, designing KPIs, and supporting regulatory compliance APIs.
