As a Senior Legal Counsel, your role would be to: Monitor, maintain,and improve global procedures and standards to ensure compliance with privacy and other regulatory frameworks applicable to Docplanner in the markets where it operates. Provide legal advice and strategic guidance regarding privacy and regulatory compliance to other business functions and senior leaders. Design and provide training to the Docplanner workforce.

Drive process enhancements by identifying inefficiencies and deploying automation solutions to optimize workflows, ensuring streamlined finance operations that support company growth; serve as the AI and technology champion within the Finance team, actively exploring AI-driven automation opportunities and identifying impactful use cases for AI in finance, and provide guidance on tools to enable Docplanner growth

The new team member will play a key role in supporting the evolution of financial reporting. The objective is to assist the business in making decisions based on data, especially in producing reports. Collaborating with stakeholders, they will develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations to enhance doctor and patient satisfaction.

Reporting to the VP AI Solutions, you will play a key role in driving strategic alignment, operational rigor, and effective information flow across our AI Solutions organization. This is an execution-focused role, not pure strategy. You will oversee planning, analytics, and project management for key AI initiatives, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and stay aligned with business priorities.
