Lead the technical delivery of the new Metrics Platform from foundation to scale, building tools and infrastructure that enable teams to standardize, explore, and act on key business metrics. Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and TPMs to deliver features like segmentation, annotations, alerting, and root cause analysis. Lay the groundwork for AI-driven analytics across Canva’s product organization by growing and nurturing a high-performing, multi-disciplinary engineering team.
